• Payment methods? Cash, EC-Karte (debit card), Bank transfer (SEPA)
• Is smoking allowed? Only outside! Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the buildings. When caught, you will have to pay cleaning and non-operation charges, at least 200€.
• Cancellation policy?
• Cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival date: Free.
• Cancellation later than 30 days before your arrival date: You pay the whole amount.
• Cancellations have to be written (E-Mail is fine).
